UV Printing
A digital printing process that uses ultraviolet light to cure the ink. It can apply artwork to suitable surfaces, with adhesion and finish checked for the particular material.
Where it can be useful
UV printing can add photographs, logos, color fields and transaction wording to compatible components. White ink and print layering may be used where the design and equipment allow.
Verify the finished result
Adhesion, color, opacity and appearance vary with the surface and printing setup. The actual material and prototype should be checked rather than assuming the same result on every substrate.
