You approve the artwork, specifications and costs. We make and review a physical prototype before authorizing full production.

Specialized partners produce the pieces. Polaris reviews the completed work and coordinates packing and shipment to the agreed destinations.
What quality control means here.
Every factory-produced custom project is prototyped and reviewed internally before the full run. We check proportions, materials, artwork, finish, alignment, assembly and stability against the approved design. Client review may use photographs, video or an in-hand sample when appropriate.
Completed production is also reviewed for the relevant details: surface quality, decoration, finish, alignment, assembly and consistency. Concrete checks matter more than broad promises.

Does custom always mean complicated?
No. A clear idea, good proportions and well-chosen imagery can make a simple piece highly specific to its purpose.
Can you work around a fixed deadline?
Often. Share the in-hand date and destination at the start. We can recommend feasible designs and production methods, but the physical requirements of a project determine what is possible.
How do you quote a project?
We consider the actual design and quantity, including materials, size, tooling, finish, assembly, packaging and shipping. You review the costs and specifications before production.
