Custom Crystal Awards & Deal Toys

Clarity, proportion and detail.

Crystal can give a commemorative a clear, substantial presence. Polished faces, bevels, color, printed artwork and engraving offer different ways to express an idea. The construction can stay simple or become part of an assembled piece.

Design possibilities.

Form & proportion

The outline, thickness and relationship of the parts determine how a clear piece reads on a desk or shelf.

Printed & etched detail

Surface decoration can carry imagery, logos and text. Suitable crystal forms can also use internal laser-etched artwork.

Mixed construction

A crystal panel can sit alongside a model or another material. The joints, balance and visual hierarchy need to be resolved together.

A physical check before the full run.

Every factory-produced custom project is prototyped and reviewed internally before the full run. We check proportions, materials, artwork, finish, alignment, assembly and stability against the approved design. Client review may use photographs, video or an in-hand sample when appropriate.

Practical answers

Questions, answered.

Can artwork appear inside crystal?

Suitable pieces can use subsurface laser engraving to create artwork within the crystal. It is a different process from casting a physical object into acrylic.

Can crystal be combined with other materials?

Yes. A design may use a crystal panel or base with resin, metal, wood or other appropriate components.

Is crystal always more expensive than acrylic?

No. Size, quantity, shape, decoration and assembly all affect cost. Compare the actual constructions rather than material names alone.

Plan the whole project.

Initial concepts typically follow within 24–48 hours after we receive the basic brief. Many projects then need about 3–4 weeks for prototyping and production after artwork approval, with shipping additional. Revisions, client approvals and complex work can add time. We confirm a schedule for the actual project.
