Resin Models & Sculptural Deal Toys

A recognizable shape can tell the story.

Resin casting and suitable 3D-printing methods make many dimensional forms possible: buildings, products, equipment and symbolic objects. Modeling, scale and finish determine how much detail can be expressed effectively.

Design possibilities.

Model the defining features

The goal is a recognizable object at the finished scale. We identify which details matter and where simplification improves clarity.

Plan the finish

Paint, texture and metallic-looking finishes can change the character of a form. A metallic appearance does not necessarily mean the piece is solid metal.

Design for making

Wall thickness, fragile projections, assembly, molds and packing influence the design before it enters production.

A physical check before the full run.

Every factory-produced custom project is prototyped and reviewed internally before the full run. We check proportions, materials, artwork, finish, alignment, assembly and stability against the approved design. Client review may use photographs, video or an in-hand sample when appropriate.

Practical answers

Questions, answered.

Can you make an exact replica?

Achievable detail depends on the scale, manufacturing method and budget. We develop a representation that preserves the subject’s recognizable features and can be produced reliably.

Are resin pieces always cast?

No. Depending on the design and quantity, components may be cast, 3D printed or made through a combination of methods.

How much time should a sculptural piece allow?

Custom modeling, tooling, finishing and prototype review can take longer than straightforward constructions. Share the deadline early so we can confirm a realistic schedule.

Plan the whole project.

Initial concepts typically follow within 24–48 hours after we receive the basic brief. Many projects then need about 3–4 weeks for prototyping and production after artwork approval, with shipping additional. Revisions, client approvals and complex work can add time. We confirm a schedule for the actual project.

Your next project

Start with what you have.

Share the transaction or milestone, approximate quantity, target delivery date and budget. Add draft text, logos or reference images if you have them. You do not need a finished design.
